Tropic bonfire is a not your standard Caribbean hot sauce.  The smoky flavor shines through to take the mango, clementine, scotch bonnet, and passion fruit to a whole other level.  This is not for the faint of heart coming in at a strong 6 out of 10 in heat but the taste is so worth the happy tears.
